Absolutely! Completely verifiable with your County Clerks Records.


We own most of the inventory on our website. There may be some properties that we advertise for other sellers. Please feel free to contact is directly and we will be happy to provide you with this information.


If anything is owed or held against the property, it will be disclosed on the listing, however, we encourage everyone to please do their own due diligence.


We obtain properties at discounted prices allowing us to pass the savings on to you.


We try to ensure that everything we know about a property is listed in the property's description. Please contact us via email with questions you may have that are not addressed in the description. 


Yes, we offer seller financing on some but not all properties. Please send us a message and we will let you know whether the property you are interested in can be seller financed.


We offer several payment options that allow for ease of payment.


We advertise specials and discounts at various times of the year. We also view all any and all offers.


Your property can be purchased with a debit or credit card at www.rbclandhub,com. Just click on the property you want to purchase and add it to your cart. You will then be led to a pay site where you can enter your credit or debit card information.


Upon receipt of payment, we will need your first and last name or your Business name to prepare your deed. We will send you a photocopy of the prepared deed via email or text confirm that your name and address are spelled correctly on the document. Once confirmation is received, we will mail out your deed to the County where the property is located and the county will mail you the updated deed reflecting that you are the owner of the property. It typically takes 3-4 weeks to receive your deed.


**If the property is closed using a Title Company or, they will instruct you on what's needed to close and handle the steps necessary to close.

Everything we have for sale can be found on our website www.rbclandhub.com. Please subscribe to our page to be notified when new inventory is added to our website.


If a property has been sold it will be removed from the "Shop" category into the "Sold" category. Everything we have for sale can be found under the "Shop" category.


We accept credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, bank checks, money orders, and bank wires. Please allow 3-5 business days for checks to clear. 


All Sales are Final. Please do your due diligence before purchasing a property.

We obtained our information from your county assessor's office which is open to the public and available to anyone who requests it.

We plan to buy and build, buy and hold, or buy and sell. We won't know which on option we will choose until we do our due diligence on your property.


Our offers are based on comps in the area of similar properties. We consider attributes a property may or may not have before coming up with an offer.


Depending on the attributes the property may or may not have (road frontage, water, electric, septic, well, etc.) we may or may not make an adjustment to the offer price.


All deals are closed using a reputable title company and/or attorney. The length of time it will take to close depends on how fast the title company can run and receive title back. 


The title company and/or attorney will be able to mail to you, all documents that need to be signed or notarized. They can also wire funds directly to your account or mail your check payment to you.
